What you pay, and what you don’t.

The per-payment fee covers everything involved in moving the payment: the conversion between USD and USDC, the network fees on the receiving rail, the local payout in supported corridors, and the platform itself. There is no separate FX markup, no separate conversion charge, no per-contractor seat fee.

The sender pays the fee. The recipient receives the full amount they’re owed. If you send $5,000 to a contractor on the Starter tier, you pay $5,050. The contractor receives $5,000.

No FX markup.

We use mid-market rates for currency conversion, with no spread baked into the rate. The fee you see is the only fee.

No per-contractor fees.

Add as many recipients as you need. You're not charged for the people you pay — you're charged for the payments you send.

No surprise charges.

Account holding, deposits, USD↔USDC conversion for sending, and balance management are free across all tiers. The per-payment fee covers the cross-border payment itself, end to end.

Common questions.

The 1% covers the full cost of sending the payment: USD-to-USDC conversion, network fees on the rail, local fiat payout where applicable, and the platform itself. The sender pays this fee; the recipient receives the full payment amount.

The same per-payment fee applies. Whether the recipient receives Mexican pesos to their bank or USDC to their wallet, the cost to the sender is the same.

USD↔USDC conversion is free when it's part of a payment you're sending. For standalone conversions — depositing USD and converting to USDC just to hold — there's a small conversion fee shown before you confirm. The exact rate depends on your tier.

The monthly fee unlocks the team workflows, approvals, scheduling, exports, tax documents, and integrations on those tiers. It also reduces the per-payment fee, which is where the savings show up at higher volumes.

Starter is the right starting point. If you're paying more than around $20,000/month in cross-border payments, Growth saves you money even after the platform fee. Above $160,000/month, Scale starts to make sense. Enterprise is for finance teams that need controls and integrations beyond what Scale offers.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll prorate any platform fees based on the days used in a billing cycle.

No. Account holding, deposits via ACH, balance management, USDC wallet operations, and USD↔USDC conversion for sending are all free. The per-payment fee and the optional monthly platform fee on Growth and Scale are the only charges.
